Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to use REYN. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that cannot verify eligibility.

The Service is not available to users in countries where it is prohibited by law, including Iran, North Korea, Cuba, and Syria.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account, create multiple accounts, or impersonate another person. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.

You agree not to:

• Upload content depicting minors in a sexual context (zero tolerance — immediate ban and law enforcement referral)
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or harm other users
• Use the Service to solicit money or engage in financial fraud
• Post content you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Use bots, scripts, or automated means to interact with the platform
• Distribute spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempt to circumvent geo-blocking or age verification

REYN allows verified creators to upload and monetize content, which may include adult material in the Vault section. By uploading content, you:

• Certify that you own or have the right to upload the content
• Certify that all individuals depicted are 18 years of age or older
• Grant REYN a non-exclusive license to host and display the content to authorized subscribers
• Agree to comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements where applicable

REYN reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

RYN coins are a virtual currency used within the Service. They have no cash value outside the platform and cannot be redeemed for cash by users (creator payouts are governed separately). Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

Creator payouts are subject to a minimum threshold and processing period as described in the Creator Agreement. REYN retains a platform fee on all creator earnings.

Date Safety Mode is a personal safety feature. It is not a substitute for calling emergency services. In an emergency, always call 911 (or your local emergency number) first. REYN is not responsible for the actions or inactions of emergency contacts.

REYN and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Reyn Media LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use the REYN name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant REYN the rights necessary to operate the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. REYN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REYN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO REYN IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the AAA rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. Class action waiver: you agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class.

We may update these Terms. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
